3. Interactive Query Sandbox Guidelines
The application executes SQL statements against a dedicated SQLite database environment. When using the SQL sandbox and execution engine, you agree not to:
- Attempt to execute unauthorized administrative operating system commands.
- Circumvent query execution boundaries or attempt resource exhaustion attacks.
- Inject malicious SQL patterns intended to compromise platform host integrity.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum modules, lessons, exercise definitions, software source code, documentation, and user interfaces are the intellectual property of SQL Tutor and its contributors, protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
5. AI Guidance and Accuracy Disclaimer
Automated explanations, hints, and error diagnostics provided by the integrated AI tutor are generated using machine learning models. While designed to adhere strictly to database syntax standards, hints and generated feedback are provided for instructional assistance and should be verified against standard database specifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SQL Tutor, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including data corruption, database downtime, or instructional inaccuracies.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with standard commercial technology laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
